24 hour service.
Security and Fire Projects endeavour to respond telephonically within the hour and on site within 24 hours of being notified. A qualified technician would respond to the specific project with the necessary tools and van stock to attend to the fault, should the system require additional spares, these would be obtained within the shortest time required. Servicing of equipment is carried out by Security and Fire Projects in-house capabilities. Security and Fire Projects undertakes after sales service agreements. |

Cape Town and Durban with regionalised staff.
Security and Fire Projects pride themselves on the in-depth knowledge of it's product base with central documentation for each project undertaken. Security and Fire Projects spares holding vary dependent on the installed base as well as the electronic component of the project given the obsolescence of the rapidly changing electronic components. The design life of a typical project would be in the order of 6 to 8 years, however upgrades would generally be easily undertaken at minimal cost. Security and Fire Projects offers in-house training, experience has shown the best form of training is on site with hands on demonstrations. |
